I'll upload my untextured AK-47, as I don't plan on using it at all.
We really need to stress that these are only allowed use in dim3, so make that sentence bold or something and on a new line. 
No, you can use the models anywhere, just not commercially except in a dim3 game. Anything less, and I say this would be a bad idea.
Imon: You should write this: "All models submitted will be made available for personal and commerical use as part of a dim3 game, or as personal use ONLY for any other project".
People should not be able to post their own copyrights, because otherwise we'll get a bunch of hideous/great models each with varying copyrights, and it will make people not want to use them at all.
If anybody posts a horrible model with a strict copyright, I will personally post a really, really good model of the same type with no restrictions at all.
